On the Other Other Hand…

“Any preoccupation with ideas of what is right and wrong in conduct shows an arrested intellectual development.”

Oscar Wilde (1854-1900)

Morality is a construct of humanity. We must stop trying to derive whether or not things have an inherent “good” or “evil” and turn our energies into discovering what works instead.

Pragmatism is the ultimate morality.

What are some of your thoughts – brief or exhaustive, bring it on – on the subject of morality? (Yes, we are regressing to Philosophy 101. Welcome.)

        • Perhaps. That could be exciting. It could help people be a bit more humble and let go of their (our) anthropocentric perspective. We ain’t more important than any other living thing. Get over it. And just live – and live sustainably!

          Easier said than done.
